Born in 1960, graduate in Business Administration, tax adviser since 1988 and financial auditor since 1995. He is specialized in corporate reorganization, corporate appraisals and tax advising, specializing in the sectors property development, construction, leasing companies, financial institutes, trading companies and freelance professionals. Furthermore, he holds lectures at the University of Vienna and the Arch+Ing Bildungsakademie. He is member of the boards of several private trusts and cultural associations and became a certified mediator in 2010.
